Our story began long before Green Isle Tours. Having worked as tour guides with many of Sri Lanka’s most well-known travel agencies, as well as internationally known travel companies, we gained invaluable insights into what travelers truly seek — and what’s often missing. While standard itineraries can cover the highlights, they sometimes overlook the heart of Sri Lanka: the warmth of its people, authentic village life, and hidden gems known only to locals.
